Had a half a bran&raisin muffin for breakfast, no lunch, and spaghetti&meatballs for supper. Less than 800 kcal for the day and I just don’t feel hungry! (I did have a “woozy” moment when I stood up a little while ago though and I must admit, that’s a concern.)
But: Where has my appetite gone? I rarely feel hungry anymore but I know this can’t be good for anyone, let alone someone of my size.
I feel the same as before, generally, so I don’t think a doctor visit is warranted at this point; but I *never* dreamed I would be in the position of “having” to eat when I really, really don’t want to. Should I be more concerned than I am? Thoughts?

Decided not to worry about this. Ate 2 ounces of dried currants, and a tablespoon each of garlic hummus, bruschetta, and spaghetti sauce, and went to bed. All I could manage but it brought my calories up to just over 900 for the day. Good enough.

@grammalaura I have had this happen to me too, sporadic odd days where my calories are low. I usually pay for it the next day with feeling really fatigued and can't recover well. So I decided if the calories are low I would do the same as you did. Snack on hummus, peanut butter, nuts, oatmilk or something like this. I hope you don't have any more woozy 💜moments
