I was wondering what has changed,So I went back and see if my weight gain, or the lack of weight loss recently, was due to increase of carbs, or fat in my diet.. no such luck..
My fat intake runs anywhere from 2 to 3.5 percent a day, and my protein runs around 6 to 6.5% ....
