Hi there ClassicRocker!! Thank you, it wasn't really a weigh in though, I changed diets yesterday. I don't think I'm maintaining this week either! :-P I still have until Saturday before my official weigh in. I feel sluggish this week for some reason. Going to try and do a light workout when I get home this evening.

I'm not ready to start my fast tomorrow. 1) I need to figure out what time my 24 hour fasting window starts 2) I have to figure out if I will consume my 500 calories all at once or in two meals, and at what time(s). I'm thinking I would like to have a nice meal between noon and 1:00 pm, but that would throw off a second feeding time since it's recommended that they be 12 hours apart. Decisions, decisions.
