Getting back to myself a little after this terrible bout with low blood pressure, or what ever it is. Debilitating fatigue, extreme shortness of breath,can't walk,and heart beats out of your chest. Could not take a shower without stopping mid way to rest and catch my breath. Husband had to grocery shop, do laundry and cook, and load the dishwasher because I COULD NOT. Cardiac MRI tomorrow, hope they can figure it out... regular Dr. and a Cardiologist haven't so far. Wearing a heart monitor for 30 days now.
On a better note, I am sticking pretty closely to the keto diet again. I like it and it keeps my mind sharp. Want to get back down to 120-125 again. I'll try not to be so MIA, but April and May and half of June were very difficult.
