Ok, so I really thought I had gained back at least 20-25 pounds. In reality it was only 10...but it feels like so much more!!!
The worse part is that I have not been excersizing at all, for like 2 mo!!! So that is prob what is really making me feel so bad. But I am getting back on track. I really want to get back to 200lbs again and keep going from there!!
Got to do it!!
