Well, today I just kind of vegged out. I did a sleep study last night, got home about 7:15 this morning. Let me tell you, you don't get much sleep during a sleep study, lol. Hopefully I'll be a little more "perky" tomorrow.

First thing I saw on your post was "vegged out". My thought was "wow, she ate a lot of veggies today", lol! You know you are on a weight loss plan, when that's what you think for "vegged out".
