Total Six Pack Abs workout routine is 10 weeks, then one week of rest. This is week 9. Got to finish this week and make it through the next, then I can take a much needed break. Since I take every set to failure, these workouts are intense.

Today was triceps day. Even though I was tired, it is my favorite day so it was easier to reach in and give a little more. 105 lbs. for 11 reps on the first set (after warm-ups)on French Curls, which is one more than last week. I was trying for rep number 12, but with no spotter, only got about half way. Set 2 was the same as last week.

Triceps pushdowns were a little better too. Got 10 reps with 240 lbs., which was 2 more than last week. I hit 12 reps with 220 lbs. on the second set, so next week I'll increase the weight, and the 3rd set was the same as last week, 10 reps with 220 lbs.
