I'D LIKE A POUND FOR EVERYTIME I SAID THAT. It is true we just have to keep doing it again and again. Keep with it. 

I have refused to sign in. I was ready to throw in the towel. But I want to do it. So I am going to give it another try.

Hi there, I am back too! I also was fooling myself by not actually signing in to weigh in. Even though I knew what the scale said. I am fortunate that I was pretty much at goal and I am getting back on track before I get too far off. But, that said, I have A LOT of WW experience and we are here to help each other, right?! What do you need? What can I help with? Do you need a Rah-rah person, points tips, recipes???
