It's been a while since I have been following my eating plan. My father-in-law passed away on May 30th and I have fallen off the rails since then. Haven't been recording my meals/calories and eating and drinking way to much. Decided that it's time to get back on track and so today I restarted my goal. I actually felt better when following a plan so looking forward to getting back in the groove. No more "fermented grapes" or a least, a whole lot less!

sorry for your loss, I know what that's like because I lost my mom and father in law in 2019. You will get through this and come out on the other side and get on with your life😍 take it I day at a time

It’s always hard to lose someone close. IMO, it’s more a priority to do your “grief work” first, and to be available to support those who share your loss… A few pounds less lost is never going to make you feel good, emotionally or physically, if your heart is hurting inside. Life is about much more than weight maintenance. You did it right I think. And you will still get there. Best wishes going your way!
