Spent a lot of time researching yesterday and pondering my eating habits. There are so many ways I can improve. I'll start changing habits, one at a a time.

Recording my food is the single best thing I can do. It's it's not pretty, I'm entering the truth for the next two weeks. I'm clearly following the fat gain diet at present moment. ha!

I did some reading on the treadmill, manged to get a nice 90 minute walk in, which is easy to do when I have a good read on my Kindle.

I must admit, the Fast Diet looks very appealing to me for multiple reasons.

I agree with you on the reading. I find that if I have my tablet and just do mindless games like Solitaire, Free Cell or Spider Solitaire, it seems to make the time go by much quicker. Keep it up!

@knslovinggod It's an intermittent fasting diet. 5 days of regular feeding days and 2 low calorie fasting days. I'm reading about the program now.
