So today I'm angry & feeling sorry for myself. The scale isn't budging from that tiny loss from last week, URG!!! So I'm trying to get back into tracking, something I've never been very consistent with. Exercise, yeah, I do that all the time. Tracking, not so much. I'm also trying to figure out how I'm going to manage meals this summer, what with working until 5:30pm plus interning Fridays & Saturdays. Last Sunday I was just kind of burnt out & lazy, spent most of the day watching old movies on TV. This Sunday is Father's day, of course, and our daughters are coming over to cook their Dad breakfast. He specifically requested ham & cheese omlettes, well alrighty then! He's wanting to drop 40 lbs again, but he did gain back some weight himself so I guess if he loses that would put him somewhere in the 180s.

Anyway, I'm trying to do at least a modicum of meal planning for the next 2 weeks, probably involving a fair amount of either really speedy suppers (like tacos) or heat & eat stuff that I really don't have to mess with. And veggies, lots of veggies. I'm having a leafy salad & protein bar for lunch. I've become fond of dried cranberries & lemon poppyseed dressing, neither of which are terribly low-cal, so I may need to rethink this. Anyway, any ideas would be greatly appreciated!
