I'm at critical mass. I blew past my warning weight all the way to my ceiling weight. I will take action.

I am focusing on my shopping list and grocery shopping this weekend as well as meal planning for next week. I will record all of my meals as well. I'm not starting induction but I will monitor and modify my diet over the next two weeks while I decide if I will start with Induction or OGWL. OGWL worked well for me in the past.

I know if I can get my sugars and net carbs down to a somewhat reasonable amount I will loose weight. I am also going to step up my exercise activity.

On another note, I already have 7,082 steps completed at 10:30 am, so I know I will meet my goal! Yay.

Now it's time for me to stand up!
