This might sound silly but I'm still proud of myself for avoiding the carrot cake at home yesterday and for going as far as putting a Strawberry and white chocolate muffin on a plate making a cup of tea and then deciding not to have the muffin and putting it back!
I'm sorry but that is self control! I then chose a lower calorie snack but still not as many calories as it could have been!
