Back to the scale fluctuating up and down a pound or two each day. 187 lbs. this morning. Stomach has very visible "one pack" and the top portion of my abs are starting to consistently show that center line.

Back and biceps day, another great day. My two sets (after warm-up sets) of deadlifts were 4 with 145 lbs. which is a little more weight than last week.

More weight and reps on rows. More reps on dumbbell preacher curls, and marginal performance on barbell curls, but still, each set to failure. Overall, it was more progress today in each muscle group.

Business lunch at a Mexican restaurant killed my macros for the day. More carbs in that one meal than I should have all day. Looks like I'm adding a 10 minute session of HIIT cardio tomorrow morning...
