I gotta start bring whole cream to work....they only have half n' half and its killing my net carbs.
I'm trying to stay filled up all day on tea but wow the numbers are too much.

Don't get too discouraged. Over the long run, you're doing a great job. I'm sure that once you're able to get some whole cream available at work, you'll be right on track.
I noticed that you take fish oil pills. I do as well, but I've never added them to my 'diet journal'. I'm thinking about starting, though.
