Well took the boyfriend to work and went to Weis market. Got him some Powerade(15 bottles) and got him 5 Gatorade so he should be set for a while. Went to Curve's and did 3 rounds on the machines and a little Julian so I got a pretty good workout. Saw Morgan a girl who manages Curve's after 2 weeks and she said she really notices the inches that I am losing and that my body is starting to re-shape which really makes me feel fantastic. Came home and got cooking supper, we are having stuffed shells and I used 1 lb of Italian pork sausage and 1.5 lbs of ground turkey. It is the first time using ground turkey and I am not sure how the boyfriend is going to like it but I can't stand the smell of ground beef so I figure I just won't tell him. I made extra so I can freeze and have a fast meal down the road. It is a beautiful day out. I took out the trash to the dumpster at the end of the drive and got the dishes done so I will only have to worry about tonight's dishes. I still got to go and pick up the boyfriend tonight at 5:30 so it seems all I do is go go. I don't know haven't felt hungry today so I at an Atkin's bar for lunch and still drinking water. Can't wait to see how supper turns out. Well I hope everybody is having a great day and enjoying the nice weather.

Smart to make extra and freeze it. The key to weight loss is consistency. It doesn't do much good to fast one day and eat cake the next, right? So you are doing the right thing by finding a meal that fits in your diet and then making it easy to get it again. Be careful of carbs in pasta and "health" bars. Most of those carbs are sugar, which goes straight to the liver and turns on the insulin response that says, "store fat."

WTG on your workout. I love using ground turkey instead of beef. I hope your boyfriend doesn't even notice. Keep up the awesome job you are doing. Have a great weekend.
