I'm doing well on my diet so far this week. I'm not sure if I won the weigh in for work this week, the guy who runs it was out and I didn't hear anything. I was winning every week but someone may have had a big loss since most of the others weren't really losing. I try to take the diet seriously and make it a way of life. Even when I'm out to eat, I eat less of what I normally would. I guess that's what it's all about making a lifestyle change. A friend texted me today to let me know that I look skinny, that's always a nice complement. I have a huge test tomorrow so I am going over to my parent's to study tonight, no one will bug me there lol. My mom is making me dinner also. I'm excited about that since I haven't cooked in at least a week and have been just eating whatever I can heat up. I have to look up a new recipie to cook later this week, I'm sick of the same old thing. I was thinking maybe making lasanga but all those carbs can not be good for the diet. We will see!
