:-/ Not hungry. Does that mean I don't want to eat...of course not. I'm cognizant enough to realize my true motivations, but I don't know if the right part of my will is strong enough to resist temptation. My emotions are tempting me to gorge on food because it's there and it 'feels good', at least momentarily. They suck, and right now it seems to be a toss up from naive, transient satisfaction and this reality check that is weighing heavy on my mind, with its fleeting grasp on my will, narrowly preventing me from diving into a deeper nutritional and emotional bankruptcy. (I am sure somewhere there is one sorry, sad violin playing its shrill song just for me.) :(
