Abs day. Switched back from a stability ball back to a decline board. However, to keep from overworking my psoas muscles while doing crunches, I put the board on the smallest decline and used no weight. I did the movement slower and focused more on curling up, rather than levering up from the hips.

And, bacon is good! :-)

And based on my weight starting to waver back and forth a couple of pounds, I might be settling into my new normal weight. I'll have to see if the percentage of fat continues to drop to show that the muscle I'm adding in place of fat will keep me at this weight. That, of course, would be fine. I have no real weight goal, it's a body fat percentage goal, but FatSecret doesn't track that.
