Good workout this morning. Didn't hit as many new highs in sets as I wanted, but I did get more out of my overhead shoulder press and more in shrugs. Today was shoulders and traps. Because the body fat % competition at work ends in about 4 weeks, I added some HIIT cardio per the Total Six Pack Abs program that I bought from musclehack.com. Did 10 minutes on the bike. Pretty brutal! I'm hungrier this afternoon than I have been, so I think the HIIT reved up the metabolism as promised!
