so this has been recommended before, just wanted to point out that each biscuit has 1.5gm of fiber! 2 of these babys are equal to an apple in terms of fiber!

My daughter had recommended 2 of these biscuits a day to my constipated toddler once 😂 these are really good for fiber.

@S Brothers use an online calculator, put in your height age etc and it will tell you what your daily calorie burn rates are, what ur ideal weight should be (approx), then go on a caloric deficit, i.e consume less than you burn. exercise will help speed up the process because you will burn way more...then choose a suitable diet plan...could be keto, high protein low fat/carbs etc find aomething that suits you, google up options as theres plenty of diets to choose from. try not to to fast, most common mistake ppl make, diet should be sustainable...i.e 1 to 2 lbs a week of weght loss. use this app to track calories! its very important, ppl are often 'guesstimating' and end up getting it wrong.
