Scale is the same which I am totally fine wit kind of coasting tight now just relaxing and unwinding from calving season, before we wind up for having, etc.
I will admit I am not weighing foods, just staying away from high carb foods til next week. I have a Birthday coming up and I actually am looking forward to it.
We are back in the low 50's which is progress, tonight is supposed to be the last cold night down to 34. Then will warm up quickly. My Birthday it is supposed to be mid 80's I hope so. Would love to watch outside and enjoy the weather.
Sunday looks like I will be starting to plant my flower beds. This is such a high for me, flowers lots and lots of colour!!! I grow on average 1800 annuals from seeds.
Tomorrow we are playing hookie, right after chores we are going upto Cypress Hills Park and do the 1st hike of the season. I think we all need the break off the farm for something fun seems like when we leave it is for business, groceries, etc...
