Today I am absolutely GOING to the gym. My husband gets off work at 12pm and as soon as he gets home we are going.
I have to say I am kind of excited about going too. I am going to implement everyone's idea's and suggestions along with a few of my own and kick some butt !!!!
I will post more later on today. Hope you have a wonderful Friday !!

I did it !!!!!!!! and it felt good. I did the Treadmill, Circuit Training, and Rowing. Oh yeah and Northernmusician, you would be proud of me because I even did some of those cable pulldowns, along with some crunches. I am gonna feel so sore tomorrow, but I don't care I feel good today !!!!
