I did my 10,000 Steps today. I attended a Pilates Reformer class (for the first time) this morning at 8 am, then did the elliptical for 25 min., then worked out on some other machines for aprox. 40 min., then walked the path at the park which has a couple hills, then walked around shopping at TJ Maxx. That counts...right?
Anyway, I really liked the pilates reformer class. I love how much it really works your core! I signed up for the next 2 weeks. The instructor said I pretty much learned all the main moves today. I'm going to a pilates aero class Wednesday which is supposed to be more cardio so we'll see how that goes. Anyway, it was fun to try something new and meet nice people as well.
