i dare not weight in these few days, i am afraid that there is a bad figure, anyway, hope to continue this diet and maybe weight in after few days. no stress.

No stress I weigh in on other days too. I try to make it a regular thing but no pressure! I like fridays because I tend to eat more on weekends so that gives me the whole week to get back down;-)
