I'm torn between the mindset that "I ate bad yesterday so I need to be super strict today" AND "I ate bad yesterday but today's a new day. Move forward like yesterday didn't happen". I'm having a hard time with that one. On top of that, a lot happened last year and I gained quite a lot of my weight back which is why I haven't weighed in. I really hated myself for gaining weight back. I'm almost back to my last weigh in weight though. I feel like my mindset has change a lot since last time. I really want to be successful in losing and keeping off some of this weight.
