I've been away from the scale for a few days. I worked out friday. Saturday I didn't make it to the gym but I did go shopping w/ a friend for 3 hours so at least I walked around some. Today I'm stuck at work for 4 hours, and have chores to do at home. I should make myself do something though. Housework will be exercise... in a way... Lol. maybe I will try for at least a 30 min cardio session or something. I almost stopped at a fast food place for breakfast this morning... but I stopped myself and went to a gas station instead and got a slimfast and some fruit. Woot! I didn't eat too great yesterday. Mostly soup and saltine crackers, but I also had McDumpster in there somehwere... Friday night I had pizza... Only two slices though. Hopefully not too much damage has been done... Meal preparation tonight so I'm not tempted to cheat the rest of the week. Plus, I'm dead broke. Haha.
