Can I please vent here today? I just want to express my feelings somewhere so I can move on and refocus on my diet/exercise journey.
It's really frustrating to meet someone wonderful only to find out they belong to someone else already. It feels like you are watching the life you've always dreamed of unfold from the other side of the glass. It makes you wonder why you had to cross paths with this person if nothing was meant to happen anyway. I've had this argument with myself many many times before so believe me when I say that I've heard it all already. Anyway, I'm just really sad today. Which sucks more because today marks the end of my 4th month on this journey and I am happy about that and my progress so far. To get it all out if my system, I allowed my self some extra calories today. I stuck to my allowed foods but ate more than my usual. I have not touched the 600 calorie mark since my 1st week here. I hope I don't regret it too much when I weigh next week.
Anyway, tomorrow is a brand new day. I will be back to sticking to my diet/exercise plan and continue to gear towards my target weight.

This is a great place to vent =) Maybe you met them to remind you that someone is out there for you. If that person was so close, then there is certainly someone wonderful waiting around the corner for you. In the meantime you are doing AMAZING! More then 50lbs down in 4 months is phenomenal! Way to go!

Maybe that person was put into your life to remind you of what you really want in someone...maybe to give you something to compare to...

Thanks for the replies and support fs friends! I really appreciate it. You're all right though. I believe God has a plan for me. I just struggle with the letting go and allowing His will to prevail sometimes. He's not yet married by the way. He's just in a 16-month relationship with a beautiful girl. They seem happy. Anyway, I have a lot to be happy about too. So I will focus on that for now and just live life to the fullest! Have a blessed Sunday everyone! =)
