What did I just do!!!!! That was not a lunch!

You are very correct that was not a lunch. Ok no more of that! Eat really healthy this weekend and get your water in you. Get back on track. You can do this!

Be careful with some of these super-low calorie days I'm seeing in your diet calendar! It is bound to push you to more binge-fests.... Hope all's well!

Thanks for thinking of me Erica! Most of those days are not done. But I am trying to plan more that way I can eat a healthy portion instead of a wagon wheel portion. LOL At work is one of my weak spots, so that is set in stone. I also have cashews at home but I keep forgetting them! Waaaa!
