My tummy is NOT agreeing with my decisions to have a cheat meal yesterday. The fried ravioli was still totally worth it though. I got home and was back to my diet with no other extras. But I could feel the tummy starting up last night and I really didn't want to make it worse so I wasn't even tempted to make it for more than the one meal. Part of the reason I choose atkins was because my stomach got upset with a lot of what I was eating and it doesn't on atkins. Plus my skin is getting clearer.

Hope the tummy starts feeling a bit better. A lot of food upsets my stomach. Was starting to think tums were my only friends. That is until I went to a GI and found I had stomach issues form taking aspirin products and such and some type of bacterial infection. I spent so much time standing up to have the food go down or was in the bathroom. Never figured why I didn't lose weight guess the calories were sucked up before they made me sick.
