Today is going to be a cheat day. I've been waiting for 2 months for the pizza place here to have fried ravioli. Today they have them. They made them especially for me. Sometimes it's just worth it. I'll have to find a way to log them.

So worth it! Except I ate 2 of the fries that came with it and decided I didn't want the fries. I love their fries but not today. I gave them to a friend. I ate the ravioli first and I'm now full. Probably helped I drank a bottle of water when I ordered it so I wouldn't eat as much. Now a few of the Lancaster caramels I've been carrying with me for over a month until I had a cheat meal. By the time I get home I'll be back on my diet and a pound or two heavier. Worth it!

Nothing wrong with a diet free day once in a while. Sounds like even though you enjoyed yourself you still didn't overindulge since you avoide the fries and drank water to avoid over eating. I call that a success!

I think that enjoy your favorite meal with a friend is a great thing to do and motivational, after all this is a LONG TRIP. Just try to be on track your next meal and the scale will not notice it at all.
