SPRING RECOMP 2021 - DAY 32 REST DAY
Fasted am cardio yesterday plus chins and dips. Pooped after 2 days of 2 a days and elbow was angry after dips so didn't lift last night. Prolly taking today off too. Body keeps responding really well to any increased rest. I respond by, uh, decreasing rest...
Day 94 of the overall transformation project (53 day cut + 41 day recomp). Goal was to get it done in 90; stretch goal was under 84, which would have beaten 2018. Obviously not happening.
Full weigh in came in at 12.1% (24.2# of fat) at 199.8#. Waist at 34 1/2", down 3/4" over the last 7 days. Record fat low, which I am chasing, is 18# in 2018. So about 7# to go. At my current burn rate of ~0.20#/day, we're looking at 35 days, which goes well past my Memorial Day target. Plan is to stay the course up to the holiday, measure and pics, then reassess.
