I was in that boat in March 2020 and for a few months after, with covid shutting down everything, retiring from a FT job, no PT jobs available, no gyms open, depressed and just eating anything and everything. I'm not sure what clicked with me, but I still do go off my plan sometimes. I just know I need to get back on it as soon as I go off and not wait for the next "monday". Something will click with you also, it is good you are here.
