Up early and I am so tired. Kept getting woken up by the work phones last night. So far I really don't want to workout this morning. I just don't know if I can. Maybe I will change in my workout clothes an see what happens but it's not looking good.
Plus, my kids are still out of school from the weather and on top of the girl I normally watch, one of Joe's friends babysitter went into labor and she asked us to watch her two kids ages 2 & 5.
So, what is that, 7 kids??
Ya, may not get a workout in despite how I feel. Have a great Monday everyone and please workout for me!!

Sounds like you'll get a workout anyway with all the kids! Changing into workout clothes always helps me. That way if it gets later and later in the day and I've procastinated the guilt starts to kick in and I force myself to do something. I always feel better after I do! Well, I hope your day is good regardless if you can get to it or not! Hey, did you get your pipes fixed?

Hey skinny! It looks like you reach your goal on the 4th, Congratulations! Skip the workout for a day if you don't feel up to it. You need a rest once in a while. Have a great week buddy!

Thanks dsylikm and info!! Yes, I did get the pipes fixed. It was just a small leak, thank goodness. I got in 30 min of hooping and I am fine with that. If I get to more later that's great but if not well, that's great too. Lol.

I think I agree with the others...I have a hard enough time with one 12 year old and one 4 year old!!!! Yikes! No worries on the missing it for one day...I am on my missing mine for 3 but its because of this STUPID sinus thing. I think I have it in MY ball court now...my plan of attack tonight is hot shower SMOTHER on the vicks, vicks plug in humidifier, and my (I am going to call it) Citrus power water :P! I am crossing my fingers for a workout tomorrow. Hope you had a great rest of your night!
