OK... I decided a week ago that I was going to avoid (not eliminate) cheese and processed grains due to my hypothyroidism and the face that they are nutritionally void-and focus on getting more whole fruits, veggies and lean meat.
I have dropped 9 lbs since I made that decision.
That's all I'm saying for now. Just gonna enjoy the way this feels for today!
Wait, I did have a dream last night that I hit a drive-thru and ordered one of those $1 chicken sandwiches (that really isn't chicken) and a double type of burger. I was horrified that I had done this and so disappointed in myself, but something in my mind changed by dreaming that. I did weigh myself near the end of the day yesterday and it was 7lbs difference and that is what got my brain working overnight. Hey, whatever works!
