left overs from a great feast. vegan bean meatballs from the high not to die cookbook. creamy tomato a d oatmilk with mushrooms green beans and basil sauce. pasta. and my epic chickpea salad with kayle and sweetcorn. mango curry flavoured salad sauce and the chicpeas were roasted with curry. paprika and agave....mmmmmm

it was also so good to have a vegan at the table. today someone commented on how good my husband looks. he stood next to me and said. it is because of my wife's amazing vegan food....i could believe it! I'm so happy.!
