I have been getting up in the mornings the last week and working out. Usually zumba or my weighted hoop but this morning I thought I would try Insanity. Well, Insanity is NOT a workout I can do without having something to eat and give me some energy. I only made it through the warm up and decided this was not a morning workout. Going to stick to zumba and my hoop and do Isanity in the afternoons.

Nice that you know to make adjustments instead of giving up altogether! I agree - those types of workouts need some fuel beforehand. Kudos to your consistency. Have a great day and look forward to hearing more from you this week :)
