Oh dear... had a rare lapse last night and binged recklessly on whisky and chocolate. No excuses either. Had a lovely, long day out in the sun and a fabulous Chinese dinner out, but the beer with the meal obviously weakened my resolve horribly. Paid the price this morning with a banging hangover :-( Luckily, it's a rest-day on my exercise schedule today. Back on track today, about which my tummy is deeply relieved.
