Rough week!!! I have eaten so poorly this week. Between meetings and work BBQ's I think I probably gained this week. Leaving next weekend for a work trip, close enough to drive so taking my own food. Hopefully won't be too bad. The following two trips will be much harder. Found a gym close to my hotel for the first one. Keep pushing forward.
