First day back at the gym. And yes, same as the swim, harder than I thought it would be. For the interested parties: 4 x 12 leg cables for hip flexor, adductors, abductors, glutes supersetted with 21's using the EZ bar. 100 crunches on the standing ab machine. 30 minutes stair climbing. I just did all my favourites really! Upper body on Thursday!
