Anyone heard of Shirataki Noodles (Yam Noodle)?? A friend of mine gave me a package (packed in liquid) and I'm looking for receipes to use it in. they have ZERO Carbs!! Yaaaaa!

Hi there Mouse. They are very good too! I don't remember mine being zero carbs though, which brand did ya get? Rinse them for about two minutes before cooking or they taste real fishy. ~tig

Yuck those make me gag, I couldn't get over the texture! :)

I found only 1 recipe so far... almost like frying (in olive oil) the noodles to give them a stiff' texture. but the sauce isn't Atkins Friendly.
