154.2 went up a smidgen, not happy about it but not bummed either. I understand in this phase (adding alternate days of veggies) the weight will fluctuate up/down. So I'll keep on keeping on. Next weekend will be the test with all the kids, grands and a couple extra folks coming. I want to make sure I am well in my program and settled!
