Good Morning, FS Warriors! Oh, how do I love getting up early in the morning, let me count the ways! Uh, one . . . no wait, I don't love that. Uh, I guess I don't love getting up early in the morning. But, I do it. Got up at four, and did my run/walk program. One more day of two 14 minute intervals, and then I'm up and running 30 minutes continuously. Eee Ha!

We are supposed to have, not one, but a couple 70 degree days this week. It has been so long coming . . . and one of them is on a Saturday. How cool is that? I am back to reality today. Back on track and doing my best to exercise restrain. However, there is pizza in my lunch bag. It would be sacriligious to throw it away. I just can't bring much. DW packed it this morning, and I don't even know how many pieces are in there. It would be just terrible if she put more than one slice in there. LOL!

Skip this paragraph if you don't use the Nike+ Sportband. Now, I know some of you aren't going to know what I'm talking about here, but I know Pam and Erika will; Nike has discontinued the Nike+ Sportband. How awful is that? I was just really getting to love that thing. In fact, I ordered a Polar WearLink HR Monitor strap that is compatible with it. I have not found anything like it from any other vendor, and it isn't like Nike has replaced it with something with similar capabilities. Even the Nike+ Fuel Band does not track miles, let alone pace. I am pissed. Nike is getting like Walmart; just when you really begin to like something, they remove it from their shelves. Ughh! The only other option from Nike that does everything the Sportband does, is the GPS watch. I already have a GPS watch; it's just worthless on the treadmill because, duh, you're not going anywhere. I guess the Nike GPS watch probably works with the shoe sensor. Otherwise, it would be worthless for the Nike Connect website. Well, I guess that's enough of that.
