I think my dieting success had been getting to my head. I've relaxed the last couple days on what I ate and toned down my exercise and can already feel the unhealthy difference. At dinner time tonight I really stepped it up and plan on working out some more before I go to bed. Time to go back to strict dieting and exercise, but with an emphasis on not letting any success go to my head. I'll weigh myself tomorrow to inspect the damage done.
