It's been so long since I've done a workout DVD! Last night I did a 30 minute Pilates DVD, felt so nice. I have sore muscles today, but they are sore in a good you got used kind of way :)! Going grocery shopping during my lunch hour, plan to get things to pack in my lunch next week! I'm excited about these changes!
