It's been so long since I've done a workout DVD! Last night I did a 30 minute Pilates DVD, felt so nice. I have sore muscles today, but they are sore in a good you got used kind of way :)! Going grocery shopping during my lunch hour, plan to get things to pack in my lunch next week! I'm excited about these changes!

Love the Spongebob! LOL! I'm glad you got the DVD in and you're getting your lunch panned for next week. Not having an excuse to go out will help, but it might take a couple of weeks. I bring my lunch every day and now going out doesn't even sound good. Good luck!!

Thanks! Yesterday I thought I'm ready to really commit to myself and SpongeBob saying I'm ready I'm ready kept running through my head, lol. I've watch way too much SpongeBob!!
