Absence is a terrible thing. I'm back. The tight deadlines are done. Other bad things have happened. I'll explain more later. G'night

Hannelie, I started out where you did, at 279 lb. I got to 208. I've gained back 23 lbs, which is very scary. It's been a very slow regain but it could kill me if it continues. I need a good kick in the butt!

Gigi, you're so right. It IS for health reason's. I'm looking worse with the weight loss, but I got over vanity long ago. I just want to live a long, healthy life. It doesn't matter if I look like an Appalatian apple doll. People seem to love me anyway. LOL! Hugs!!!
