Down a little more today, to my delight. February begins well. I hope it ends well. I have not weighed this little in years. At the end of summer I fitted into a guayabera I bought in 2003 in Nicaragua, which I haven't been able to fit into since that summer of tropical exertion in Jamaica and Nicaragua. This winter, I think, I weigh less than I did that summer, indeed less than I have at any time since the late 90s; possibly since the late 80s. I have a long way to go, but I'm seeing results and I'm not giving up.
