Cutting 200 calories has been rough! Today was my first day, I'm sure going to chipotle didn't help but I was mindful of what I ate. I still feel a little hungry tonight but no starving. I think it's more mind over matter. I'm moving my weigh in days to Friday so I'll record again then.

Best of luck to you! I found cutting 100 calories a day extremely difficult, so I've been doing 50 at a time. I have more luck with that, 200 would probably do me in.

Don't move your weigh-in days to Friday, because then if you didn't hit your goal, you're going to over eat all weekend saying 'on Monday I'll start eating perfectly." OR if you DO hit your goal, you're going to reward yourself all weekend. Its a recipe for disaster! Try Tuesdays or Wednesdays!

It was way easier today. I think it was getting over the initial shock of shoot there goes a snack. I know it's silly. In reality though I didn't eat up to the 1750 consistently. I was usually lower, it was all a mental thing for me. Thanks for the encouraging words always nice to know I'm not alone. Akpollard thanks for the advice. The only reason I'm moving to Fridays is because I'll be traveling a lot in my near future and Friday is the only 'stable' day I'll be home. I don't do reward days or meals. If I want something I budget it in my calories. If I don't have the calories I adjust the portion or what the meal is. I used to be really really bad with 'I worked out a lot this week, I can so eat this tub of ice cream'. Now I share a small cup of ice cream with my son and only eat a few bites.
