all here to help 🥰👌 

We all need to support each other - each individual pathway is different, but we can share information, encourage each other - and knowing that you’re not alone and everyone has their struggles, sharing in the journey, are the great things about being part of this community. 

I started out at 98 kg in Oct 2019 and I've been hovering around the 60kg mark for the last couple of months. Its a lifelong commitment to our health that we can and should make. I take it one day at a time and enjoy the journey. As the saying goes, if I can do it, you can do it!! You've got this!
