I’m body scan today indicates I’m down a couple pounds, minimal fat loss and lost a little lean mass. The machine has an arm being held together with duct tape, so I’ll take the scan for what it’s worth. Gym is considering a new machine for about $20k. I say do it! My rates are locked in 😁
